Our Rods
Blanks are IM6 (44 million modulus), light weight, with a moderately fast taper with a sweet, smooth action that will make a short 10-15ft casts, and yet still reach out to some very long distances.

The blank colors are a chocolate brown wrapped with chestnut thread, tipped with gold.  The one exception to this is the 5'6" "Little Creek" which is a green blank that I wrap with a teal thread tipped with gold.  Guides are all stainless steel with chrome plating.  Reel seats are bright, nickel silver with beautiful burl wood trim at the base and nose of the grip.  A knurled winding check and folding hook keeper finishes the rod off.  Click here to see the reel seat/wood trim options.

Dragonwood (top) is a beautiful wood, as is the burl rosewood
under it.  All hardware is top quality nickel silver.

Other rod options are alignment dots on each rod section for ease of assembly.  I also place a gold trim wrap at 16", 18", and 20" up from the base of the reel seat as a quick reference for those larger fish that we all hope to catch.  I like to call them "honesty marks" (not assuming of course a fisherman would ever tell a lie).
